Material Properties
PE is polymerized from ethylene monomers. It has excellent low-temperature resistance, with a minimum service temperature ranging from -70℃ to -100℃. It boasts good chemical stability, being resistant to most acids and alkalis. At room temperature, it is insoluble in general solvents, has low water absorption, and excellent electrical insulation performance.
It mainly includes steps such as raw material preparation, extrusion molding, printing, cutting, and bag making. Polyethylene particles are mixed, heated, melted, and extruded into films, which are then subjected to printing, cutting, heat sealing, and other operations to produce PE bags of various specifications.
Performance Advantages
They have good flexibility, toughness, and corrosion resistance, excellent moisture resistance, are not easy to break, and can effectively protect packaged items. Moreover, they have low cost, simple production processes, and can be recycled.
